Aufgaben
- Provide first-level support to GCS system super-users
- Own the support strategy and manage day-to-day support for MMS
- Collaborate with IT and governance teams to resolve system issues
- Liaise with governance teams to manage business requests for system improvements
- Contribute to reporting development, validation, and deployment using Power BI
- Create and update system documentation as needed
- Deliver system training through the network of super-users
- Lead requirements gathering for new or updated systems
- Document business requirements for the system implementation process
- Review data trends to ensure business processes meet desired results
- Report on process improvements and customer experience metrics
- Drive internal collaboration with GCSI stakeholders
- Become a recognized subject matter expert for MMS business processes
- Develop strong relationships with GCSI super-users and Country Service Leaders
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation of new service and ERP systems
- Provide leadership in the use of service and ERP systems and business processes
- Identify problems in business processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare formal reports and presentations for the leadership team
