Aufgaben
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Perform detailed requirements engineering
- Analyze, document, and validate business processes and system needs
- Configure, implement, and maintain enterprise applications
- Support ERP systems (NTCS) with incident management, change requests, and enhancements
- Execute system integration activities
- Ensure seamless data flow between applications and platforms
- Develop and optimize SQL queries
- Perform data analysis and support database-related activities
- Participate in system testing lifecycle (unit, integration, UAT)
- Ensure high-quality releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Ensure system reliability and performance
- Contribute to automation and scripting (Python, VBA)
- Improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and corporate standards
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and AI solutions
- Maintain system documentation
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and operational procedures
