Aufgaben
- Oversee category management for CapEx, Material Handling Equipment, and Utilities
- Support other Operation areas like MRO and Facilities Management
- Increase maturity of Indirect Procurement processes and systems
- Conduct detailed spend analysis and benchmarking
- Evaluate market and competitive conditions
- Create data-driven category strategies and sourcing activities
- Align sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in HQ and local markets
- Deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value
- Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio
- Cultivate close relationships with senior-level business partners
- Support business partners' objectives and company growth
- Act as central point of contact for Ops Procurement questions
- Design and maintain category reporting for senior executives
- Lead or participate in implementing best-in-class procurement processes
- Lead or participate in implementing best-in-class procurement tools
