- 8+ years professional experience, 5+ years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation in SaaS/cloud technology
- Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles, partnering with account executives, product teams, and customer stakeholders
- Extensive hands-on experience leading customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and large-scale deployments
- Deep technical proficiency with REST APIs, IAM, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID, and integration patterns
- Excellence in leading multi-workstream technical initiatives with numerous stakeholders
- Ability to master new technologies rapidly and contribute to pre-sales methodologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, security, risk, and compliance processes
- Thrives in scale-up environment, contributes to organizational maturity, shapes team scaling
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Act as the technical strategist for high-impact enterprise accounts
- Shape customers’ architecture and integration roadmap with DeepL
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Drive technical discovery, advanced evaluations, and proofs of concept
- Respond to complex RFP/RFI requests
- Develop and deliver sophisticated demos and technical presentations
- Create and refine scalable frameworks and workflows
- Produce enablement content like integration playbooks and demo assets
- Lead cross-functional process innovation initiatives
- Enhance operational efficiency through improved deal intake flows
- Optimize SC-to-Sales/CSM handoff processes
- Drive technical enablement for new product features
- Lead special projects to elevate team capabilities
- Guide Account Executives on technical storytelling and account strategy
- Represent Solutions Consulting in cross-functional conversations
- Influence product development and go-to-market strategy with insights
- Foster deep client partnerships through expert technical guidance
- Ensure long-term solution adoption through proactive engagement
- Mentor peers in Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Improve technical acumen and stakeholder management
- Lead process and workflow improvements for organizational growth
