Solution Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Leading a team of Solution Sales Executives for SAP innovations, managing pipeline with MEDDIC. Proven people management and industry expertise in Public & Energy or Discrete Manufacturing needed. Sales within a 400k+ customer SAP ecosystem.
Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Proven people management experience
- Deep industry expertise in Public & Energy or Discrete Manufacturing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive revenue
- Strong hands-on solution demonstration capabilities
- Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
- Broad understanding of BPM, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany
- Individual contributor sales background with track record of closing large deals
- Experience with SAP RISE and ERP solutions
- Proven success managing large transformational transactions
- Strong diplomatic and team-building skills
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Sales Executives
- Coach team members and identify development opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline using MEDDIC methodology
- Ensure forecast accuracy for large and volume deals
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team
- Identify standalone opportunities beyond traditional account plans
- Take ownership of the entire sales funnel
- Build and leverage industry knowledge and networks
- Champion the complete SAP BTM value proposition
- Establish strong customer relationships at the C-level
- Participate in solution demonstrations and customer engagements
- Build networks within SAP, especially with Industry Account Executives
- Facilitate the BTM partner ecosystem within your industry
