- Build business and technology scenarios for SAP solutions
- Advise customers on appropriate SAP solutions (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)
- Consult customers on available Services to build a digitized future
- Guide customers in selecting optimal SAP Solutions and Services
- Provide holistic advice on applications, solutions, industries, or technologies
- Assess customer's as-is situation and business goals
- Provide a structured path toward an integrated IT landscape
- Define the relevant operational approach for implementation
- Validate and optimize the approach for customer success
- Translate desired IT end-state scenarios into actionable project steps
- Maintain relationships with customer Business Leaders to design IT end-state
- Co-create IT strategies and required Services/Solutions with business leaders
- Coordinate delivery of resources with internal Services roles and Sales
- Clarify stakeholder expectations with the customer
- Create solutions integrating diverse points of view
- Collaborate with customer and SAP team for best implementation
- Drive knowledge management and innovation based on customer experience
- Document successful approaches and tools for colleagues
- Collaborate and co-innovate with development teams
