Anforderungen
- 5+ years as AI Solution Manager, Business Technology Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or similar hybrid role
- Experience within banking or financial services (AI expertise outside FS also welcome)
- Hands-on AI solutions/innovation initiatives experience
- Practical involvement in AI model configuration, prompt engineering, data interaction
- Comfortable navigating technical concepts and contributing to solution design
- Solid understanding of core banking processes (accounts, loans, deposits, payments)
- Familiarity with banking system landscapes and architecture
- SAP Fioneer Core Banking systems experience (strong plus)
- Related experience with other SAP systems
- Strong business acumen
- Linking technology and AI to business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident engaging with business and technical teams
- Team player
- Comfortable in fast-paced, global team
- Fluent spoken and written English
- German language skills (plus)
- Adaptable and self-driven
- Flexible mindset and passion for innovation
Aufgaben
- Identify AI innovation opportunities in banking processes and solutions with business and technology leaders.
- Gather, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and solution designs with AI and core banking teams.
- Create and run solution demos, build prototypes, and advance them into standard enhancements.
- Lead workshops and facilitate sessions with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Serve as a communicator and connector between business and technical experts.
- Create prototypes with AI tools, configure new agents, and improve existing ones.
