- Ability to troubleshoot issues and specify requirements
- Comfort with technical detail
- Experience with at least two of: LMS platforms (Totara, Moodle, Canvas), video platforms (Kaltura, Brightcove), CMS/DAM systems (Sitecore, Bynder), or evaluation/assessment systems
- Vendor management experience (contracts, SLAs, sprint planning, accountability)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- English fluency
- German language skills (advantage)
- Reliability and thoroughness

- Ability to resolve issues independently
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort with operational work

Aufgaben
- Ensure systems run reliably.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure integrations function.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve.
- Coordinate operations across assigned learning technology platforms.
- Ensure reliable platform integration, data exchange, and authentication.
- Monitor platform performance.
- Troubleshoot platform issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and AO IT.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and procedures.
- Identify and implement workflow streamlining.
- Reduce manual effort and improve user experience.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for platform vendors.
- Monitor vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate vendor sprints and releases.
- Perform vendor quality assurance.
- Lead technical requirements gathering.
- Design solutions for platform enhancements and integrations.
- Support RFP processes for new tools.
- Support vendor evaluations for new tools.
- Work with Education Design PMs on platform readiness.
- Support evaluation and assessment data workflows.
- Ensure event data is collected, structured, and accessible.
- Contribute to standard operating procedures for platform workflows.
- Contribute to operational handbooks for platform workflows.
- Collaborate with Senior PM AI on legacy modernization.
