Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Learning Technology & Operations team
- Hire, coach, and grow 4–6 specialists
- Set priorities and manage work distribution
- Conduct performance management and career development
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Oversee operations of digital platforms
- Manage Totara LMS, Kaltura, Area9, Bynder, Sitecore, Salesforce E&A, and AO Companion
- Build strong working relationships with AO IT
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and technical evaluations
- Coordinate sprint and release management
- Own the evaluation and assessment data pipeline
- Structure data from 1,000+ annual events
- Drive AI and data strategy
- Set direction for AI-powered education tools
- Guide development of structured data assets
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Translate technology into practical roadmap decisions
- Represent learning technology in governance forums
- Serve as primary interface between Education Design and IT
- Ensure team operates within IT governance frameworks
- Contribute to budget planning and technology investment decisions
- Participate in cross-functional governance reviews
