- Vendor management experience (contracts, SLAs, sprint planning, partner accountability)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- English fluency (required)
- German language skills (advantage)
- Reliability and thoroughness
- Problem-solving skills (independent resolution, escalation)
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Aufgaben
- Coordinate operations for Totara, Kaltura, Area9, Bynder, Sitecore, Salesforce.
- Ensure reliable platform integration.
- Ensure reliable data exchange.
- Ensure reliable SSO/authentication workflows.
- Monitor platform performance.
- Troubleshoot platform issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
- Coordinate issue resolution with AO IT.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation for operational procedures.
- Streamline workflows.
- Reduce manual effort.
- Improve the user experience.
- Serve as day-to-day vendor contact.
- Monitor vendor SLAs.
- Coordinate vendor sprints.
- Manage vendor releases.
- Perform vendor quality assurance.
- Lead technical requirements gathering.
- Design solutions for platform enhancements.
- Design solutions for new integrations.
- Support RFP processes.
- Support vendor evaluations.
- Configure platforms for program delivery.
- Ensure evaluation data is collected.
- Structure evaluation and assessment data.
- Ensure evaluation data is accessible.
- Contribute to platform-related SOPs.
- Contribute to platform-related operational handbooks.
- Contribute to modernizing legacy integrations.
- Collaborate with the Senior PM AI.
