- Oversee assessment and structuring of financing solutions
- Prepare and deliver credit requests to Credit Risk and the Credit Committee
- Promote best practices in affordability analysis and collateral valuations
- Engage with (U)HNWI clients seeking financing for Swiss real estate
- Deliver tailored mortgage solutions to clients
- Collaborate with private banking and wealth planners for integrated client coverage
- Represent the mortgage advisory function in client meetings and strategic discussions
- Support implementation of digital tools and mortgage platforms
- Enhance CRM systems and process automation for efficiency
- Ensure high-quality advisory processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk divisions to optimize workflows
