Anforderungen

  • •5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or banking
  • •Strong knowledge of Austrian banking regulation and supervisory frameworks
  • •Excellent communication skills to engage with regulators and internal stakeholders
  • •Ability to analyze complex regulatory changes and translate them into actionable steps
  • •Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Act as the Single Point of Contact for Austrian and European regulators
  • •Manage clear and timely communications with regulators
  • •Monitor regulatory developments across EEA jurisdictions
  • •Assess the impact of regulatory changes on Western Union International Bank
  • •Advise on implementation efforts by functional owners
  • •Lead the Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Program
  • •Ensure timely and accurate adoption of new or amended requirements
  • •Provide expert regulatory advice to senior management and business units
  • •Support initiatives and projects to maintain compliance
  • •Partner with Legal and control functions to review new products
  • •Ensure alignment with current and upcoming regulations
  • •Deliver regular reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Committee
  • •Communicate key updates to stakeholders
  • •Train senior management, including Fit & Proper training
