In this role, you will lead analytical characterization for biologics development, collaborating with teams to ensure scientific excellence. Your expertise will guide project activities, solve complex problems, and contribute to impactful scientific communications.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, or relevant natural science discipline
• •At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, or relevant industry
• •Advanced knowledge in Analytical Development, basic understanding of mass spectrometry principles preferred
• •Strong expertise in analytical characterization of protein-based drugs
• •Solid project management skills
• •Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work with others to achieve common goals
• •Proficiency in oral and written English; German beneficial
• •Strong proficiency in digital technologies

Aufgaben

• •Design and coordinate analytical development activities for projects
• •Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet customer needs
• •Represent analytical characterization in project teams
• •Provide scientific guidance for assigned projects
• •Evaluate and interpret analysis results and draw conclusions
• •Review and approve analyses, discussing results with other scientists
• •Author and review scientific reports for internal and external partners
• •Support preparation of registration documents
• •Act as an analytical expert during health authority inspections
• •Communicate and resolve complex problems within your area
• •Contribute to budget and resource forecasts
• •Ensure cost awareness and manage project timelines
• •Foster collaboration with internal customers and external partners
• •Drive knowledge sharing and present scientific results internally
• •Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
