- Advanced knowledge in Analytical Development, basic understanding of mass spectrometry principles preferred
- Strong expertise in analytical characterization of protein-based drugs
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work with others to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in oral and written English; German beneficial
- Strong proficiency in digital technologies
Aufgaben
- Design and coordinate analytical development activities for projects
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet customer needs
- Represent analytical characterization in project teams
- Provide scientific guidance for assigned projects
- Evaluate and interpret analysis results and draw conclusions
- Review and approve analyses, discussing results with other scientists
- Author and review scientific reports for internal and external partners
- Support preparation of registration documents
- Act as an analytical expert during health authority inspections
- Communicate and resolve complex problems within your area
- Contribute to budget and resource forecasts
- Ensure cost awareness and manage project timelines
- Foster collaboration with internal customers and external partners
- Drive knowledge sharing and present scientific results internally
- Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
