- Advanced knowledge within the area of Analytical Development
- Expertise in Biologics DS and DP process development applying QbD principles
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English; German is beneficial
- Strong proficiency in digital technologies
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
Aufgaben
- Plan and organize physical chemical method development
- Perform and document method development in compliance with quality standards
- Utilize software tools to enhance efficiency
- Support the implementation and transfer of analytical methods
- Collaborate with internal laboratories and cross-functional teams
- Design and execute physicochemical analytical approaches
- Interpret analytical results and apply data solutions
- Lead root cause investigations and resolve issues
- Author and review scientific reports and regulatory submissions
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate challenges
- Promote knowledge sharing and present results internally
- Evaluate new analytical technologies and develop innovative methods
- Contribute to digitalization efforts to enhance quality and efficiency
