Anforderungen
- 5+ years in marketing role
- Focus on CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, or audience segmentation
- Preferably working with subscription business models
- Design and execute customer journey strategies
- Own business targets across markets
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive initiatives
- Deep understanding of CRM performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and continuous optimization
- Proven success working with creative, analytics, operations, and brand teams
- Translate strategy into clear recommendations
- Sharp eye for compelling visuals and copy
- Partner with creative teams to build resonant communication
- Openness to leveraging automations, Machine Learning, and AI
- Prior experience with technical teams in automation, ML, AI is a plus
Aufgaben
- Reestablish relationships with cancelled customers
- Create personalized, data-driven customer journeys
- Develop communication strategies for various segments
- Define channel use for Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Direct Mail, Call Centre
- Manage markets to meet Business Plan targets
- Monitor Conversion, spend, and CVA performance
- Identify and plan incremental initiatives
- Optimize Click-Through Rates, Conversion Rates, profitability
- Refine customer journey effectiveness using data insights
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies
- Improve messaging, timing, and offers
- Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations, local teams
- Align strategies and measure performance
- Develop tailored creative materials
- Ensure communication delivers product value
- Partner with teams on Automations, Machine Learning, AI
- Share insights for efficiency and personalization improvements
