- Create individual strategies by region, market, and application
- Define and monitor strategic target accounts and demand analysis
- Maintain and expand technology and project pipelines with partners
- Identify technological trends and initiate new material developments
- Coordinate global projects across R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Contribute ideas to develop the new organizational structure
