- 6+ years leading complex multi-site projects
- Proven delivery across full IC development cycle
- Knowledge in stage-gate developments and configuration/change management
- IATF 16949 and/or ISO 26262 knowledge as a plus
- Business-fluent English
- German language skills as an advantage
- IPMA Level C/B or similar certification
- Advanced MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead semiconductor IC development from concept to mass production
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Orchestrate deliverables across design, test, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and IATF 16949 standards
- Drive comprehensive project, resource, and cost planning
- Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests and assess impact on project goals
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders
- Translate product roadmaps into executable project plans
- Resolve conflicts and align diverse cross-functional teams
- Escalate critical issues with clear data-driven recommendations
- Develop and improve project management methodologies
