- Experience developing BMS IC device drivers
- Experience in customer-facing OEM/Tier-1 roles
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer orientation
Aufgaben
- Lead software development for automotive battery management systems
- Architect complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits
- Drive functional safety compliance according to ISO 26262
- Act as the primary technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers
- Manage customer-facing interactions and deliver technical presentations
- Provide technical leadership for AUTOSAR-based software architectures
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical consulting
