Anforderungen
- •5+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
- •Track record owning renewals and expansion revenue
- •Experience managing high-volume SMB portfolios
- •Data-driven mindset using CRM and reports
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Structured, proactive, and independent working style
- •Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- •Experience in HR Tech or Recruitment SaaS
- •Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- •Fluency in French

- •Drive customer retention and expansion revenue
- •Lead commercial renewals and contract negotiations
- •Identify churn and upsell signals via HubSpot

- •Run strategic check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- •Engage stakeholders from recruiters to C-suite executives
- •Maintain a data-driven pipeline and forecast
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
