- •Customer-first attitude and multi-tasking ability
- •Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or SaaS
- •Additional language skills (French, Dutch, or Spanish)
- •Understanding of DACH SMB and mid-market

- •Deliver persuasive product presentations
- •Position the company as a top recruiting solution
- •Manage and grow a personal customer portfolio
- •Act as the primary client contact
- •Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- •Present tailored solutions to existing clients
- •Manage leads and track opportunities in HubSpot
- •Forecast revenue using CRM tools
- •Analyze data to ensure client success
- •Conduct regular strategic client conversations
- •Align with Marketing on lead generation
- •Report customer feedback to improve offerings
