Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field, preferably IT/economics
- Typically 3+ years of selling experience at end-user account or channels level
- Solid knowledge of HPE’s compute solutions
- Profound experience in developing positive relationships and solving customer problems
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively forecast sales quota
- Specialist level account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
- Innovative mindset to think beyond proscribed solutions
- Proficient usage skills in a CRM system
- Business fluent German and English language skills

- Build mutually beneficial relationships to grow HPE Compute market share
- Drive revenues, profitability, and pipeline growth within your accounts
- Qualify and review new leads to close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with partners and internal account teams for smooth sales transactions
- Build a targeted sales pipeline and forecast data-driven sales activities
