Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Selling photonic quantum computers to HPC centers and cloud providers. Deep tech B2B sales experience required. Performance-based incentives.
Anforderungen
- 6+ years B2B technology sales experience (deep tech, HPC, AI)
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals
- Proven experience selling technical products/services to CIOs, CTOs, R&D, government
- Solid understanding of Quantum computing, Cloud/HPC infrastructure, or Enterprise R&I programs
- Strong network in HPC, cloud providers, government research, or multinational enterprises
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent German and English
- Master's in physics, engineering, or computer science (strong plus)
- Experience in startup/scale-up deep tech environment
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts
Aufgaben
- Drive growth of Offers sales in HPC centers, cloud providers, enterprise clients, and research institutions
- Identify, qualify, and close new business for MosaiQ QPUs
- Identify, qualify, and close Enterprise Services Opportunities
- Attach cloud consumption to every service opportunity
- Develop and execute geographic plans and territory strategies
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Develop proposals
- Coordinate technical aspects of sales
- Negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, quantum engineering, and customer success teams
- Design compelling offers
- Support customer onboarding
- Manage post-sales relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews
- Track customer performance
- Coordinate with finance and operations for invoicing and payment tracking
- Ensure contract compliance
- Engage in technical and business conversations with C-level executives, R&D heads, and IT infrastructure leads
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Represent Quandela at industry events, customer briefings, and partner engagements
- Provide market feedback to influence product development, marketing, and strategy
