Aufgaben
- Act as main point of contact for candidates
- Guide candidates from first interaction to offer
- Conduct first round of RS interviews
- Extend offers for high-volume roles
- Partner with RBP to translate hiring needs
- Ensure clarity, speed, and positive candidate journey
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews
- Support RBPs on senior or complex hiring
- Validate shortlists
- Manage applicants
- Perform reactive sourcing
- Keep Workday updated
- Follow RS-defined process steps
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Provide insights to improve candidate experience
- Offer feedback to enhance RS processes
