Anforderungen
- Desire for growth in international business and rewarded performance
- Professional experience in coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives, elastomers or related sectors
- Product knowledge in amines, epoxy resins, reactive diluents, curing agents, UV monomers, cellulose ethers, catalysts, or similar chemical product groups
- Commercial or technical (preferably chemical) education
- Commercial mindset paired with analytical skills
- Solid understanding of pricing, cost calculations, and margin management
- Strong communicative skills and business-oriented mindset
- Ability to establish trustful relations
- Ability to gather, interpret, and translate market intelligence
- Confidence in working with CRM systems and MS Office
- Understanding of figures and statistics
- Team player with proactive and success-oriented attitude
- Hands-on personality and enjoyment of taking responsibility
- Occasional travel activities to suppliers and selected key customers
