Anforderungen
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Extensive 10+ years experience leading teams and leaders, managing complex situations
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar HR IT role
- Technical system understanding of SAP HCM, Employee Central, SuccessFactors
- Several years experience in digitalization project implementation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Proficiency in managing transformation processes and change management
- Good understanding of enterprise integration and complex ERP environments (beneficial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Aufgaben
- Provide functional leadership and direction to HR-IT-Product teams.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Steer five Product Owners.
- Support Product Owners in technical leadership.
- Manage the HR-IT roadmap.
- Align roadmap with organizational objectives and HR strategy.
- Facilitate international IT project delivery.
- Guide teams for successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact.
- Facilitate discussions on product features and timelines.
- Facilitate decisions on product priorities and vision.
- Manage the HR-IT budget.
- Hold Product Owners accountable for their figures.
- Define international strategy for internal and external workforce.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on strategy.
- Negotiate contracts with external service providers.
- Monitor contract terms and durations.
- Collaborate with other HR IT teams.
- Ensure integrative solutions.
- Address interdependencies across teams.
- Work closely with the People & Competence Manager (PCM).
- Work closely with the Scrum Master (SCM).
- Work closely with the Product Line Manager, Enterprise Applications.
