Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration (HR/IT focus), IT, or similar
- Long-term HR work experience
- Several years with HR cloud solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Extensive HRIT, digital transformation, global project leadership experience
- Hands-on process and system design experience
- Deep SuccessFactors Talent Suite knowledge
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics clearly
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Strategic thinker
- Fluent in English
Aufgaben
- Define, document, and maintain standardized SuccessFactors processes
- Advise HR teams on continuous optimization
- Coordinate requirement analysis with external vendors
- Coordinate system enhancements with external vendors
- Manage system performance with IT and vendors
- Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors
- Ensure system availability and reliability
- Identify automation opportunities
- Lead SuccessFactors-related projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution
- Liaise between Global Process Owners, HRBPs, HR Ops, IT, and vendors
- Moderate design and review sessions
- Act as a key counterpart for HRIS infrastructure
- Develop change initiatives for system enhancements
- Support change initiatives for system enhancements
- Create communication plans
- Create training materials
- Create user guides to drive adoption
- Lead the Cross-Module Governance Team
- Lead the Continuous Development Process
- Monitor system usage and feedback
- Identify improvement opportunities from trends
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives
