Anforderungen
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of team leader experience
- Strong leadership skills (motivation, coaching, managing complex situations, team transformation)
- Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in HR IT
- Several years of experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Several years of experience in digitization project implementation
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Good understanding of enterprise integration and complex ERP environments (beneficial)
- Fluent English skills
- Basic German skills (beneficial)

- Lead and direct the HCM Core Solutions team.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Mentor team members in professional development.
- Support team members' career growth.
- Lead HCM Core Solutions roadmap development and management.
- Align roadmap with organizational and HR strategy.
- Lead international IT projects for HCM Core Solutions.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Balance projects, operations, and capacities.
- Drive adoption of new HCM Core solution features.
- Integrate new HCM Core features organization-wide.
- Support technical integration with Vitesco.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of HCM Core solutions.
- Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget projects.
- Safeguard stable system operation.
- Serve as a primary stakeholder contact.
- Facilitate discussions on product features, timelines, and priorities.
- Facilitate decisions on product features, timelines, and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions on expectations and product vision.
- Facilitate decisions on expectations and product vision.
- Collaborate with HR IT Teams for integrative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team.
