- 3+ years Business Process Management, Process Modelling, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Consulting or related
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles
- Knowledge of process modelling standards (BPMN 2.0, EPC, or equivalent)
- Understanding of end-to-end process thinking and value streams
- Advanced process modelling skills using ARIS, Signavio or comparable BPM platforms
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
- Proficiency leveraging AI-based tools for process documentation, analysis, and knowledge discovery
- Experience in FMCG industry is beneficial
Aufgaben
- Create, maintain, and improve the business process landscape
- Establish transparency across end-to-end value streams, functions, and countries
- Partner with business stakeholders to model processes consistently and with high quality
- Clarify roles and responsibilities
- Provide process foundation for governance, improvement, mining, automation, AI, and transformation
- Model, document, and maintain business processes in ARIS
- Capture, update, and improve process documentation with the business
- Maintain and evolve process architecture by connecting processes across functions
- Improve the supporting process management tool
- Create and maintain End-to-End process views
- Identify dependencies and streamline interfaces
- Drive continuous improvement with Process Mining and Automation teams
- Ensure process models and documentation comply with standards, governance, and best practices
- Review processes with Key Users to maintain quality, consistency, and completeness
- Partner with process owners, subject matter experts, and business teams
- Support process-related initiatives and improvements
- Provide guidance on process modelling
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders for decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in process modelling through innovative approaches
- Leverage digital solutions and AI capabilities to enhance process documentation, efficiency, and user adoption
