- Lead multiple innovation projects
- Ensure impactful improvements in operations
- Oversee team of Product Owners and Process Designers
- Align business objectives with other streams, technology, and operations
- Own product strategy and success for business stream
- Define long-term vision and align with company goals
- Identify operational constraints, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Set measurable input and output KPIs
- Lead 2 Senior Product Owners
- Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and priorities for team
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
- Align team skills with business needs and ambitions
- Oversee execution of innovation projects
- Facilitate decision-making and prioritization
- Maximize value delivery through trade-off analysis
- Partner with Engineering and Operational Excellence
- Ensure on-time, high-quality implementation of features and improvements
- Align squads and stakeholders to remove bottlenecks
- Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Define and monitor input and output metrics
- Lead A/B tests, pilot programs, and post-implementation audits
- Ensure effective communication across departments and leadership
- Manage change process, including documentation, training, and rollout
- Drive collaboration between product, engineering, and operations
