- Experience with operational or vertical SaaS, proptech, self-storage

- Experience working with distributed teams
Aufgaben
- Lead product management for Kinnovis Platform and Kinnovis Access
- Own discovery, requirements, and prioritization for Kinnovis products
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to execute the roadmap
- Partner with Product Operations Manager for customer and internal team releases
- Work closely with development teams and Product Design
- Report directly to the CTO
- Shape product management processes for the acquired company
- Run regular interviews with operators and their customers
- Join sales and research calls to gather insights
- Turn insights from Intercom, sales, and support into validated problems
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Prioritize epics and high-level backlog based on customer value, business outcomes, and effort
- Make the roadmap and its reasoning visible across the company
- Write clear PRDs with business context, hypotheses, and success criteria
- Involve Product Design early in the process
- Hand over to the dev team with clear context and reasoning
- Stay available during development to answer questions and make scope calls
- Measure feature success through adoption metrics, heat-maps, and click data
- Conduct post-release interviews to gather feedback
- Feed learnings back into the roadmap and next iteration
- Coordinate releases with sales, marketing, and customer success
- Manage knowledge transfer to sales and CSM teams through product demos and training
- Work across distributed engineering teams, championing API-first integration
