- Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different fidelities
- Work closely with engineers and PMs to define problems
- Move quickly and deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintain high standards of craft while balancing speed
- Contribute to design culture by mentoring others
- Push for greatness in the team
- Refine processes
- Share knowledge inside and outside Intercom
