- Credibility and experience in engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customers
- Proven track record of developing high-value customer engagements
- Experience in designing and implementing digital transformation and Quality improvement programs
- Experience with digital technologies – platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging tech
- Deep understanding of processes enabled by QMS and LIMS software
- Good understanding of Veeva’s platforms and solutions
- Experience working with SaaS solutions
- Veeva certified on relevant Quality products

- Lead business development opportunities
- Identify and generate new project opportunities
- Clarify customer challenges and needs
- Develop compelling proposals to address customer issues
- Win new work for the company
- Leverage your network to identify business opportunities
- Build new relationships to enhance business growth
- Serve as the Quality consulting lead for top enterprise accounts
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with customers
- Act as the primary contact for strategic and tactical inquiries
- Support the creation of new campaigns and offerings
- Contribute to thought leadership that differentiates Veeva Quality consulting
- Lead multiple project engagement teams
- Empower teams to plan and manage all aspects of delivery
- Oversee project scope and quality assurance
