- Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva’s platforms and solutions
- Good understanding of business capabilities and drivers in digital technology in health and life sciences
- Proven analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated leadership of others
- Highly efficient project management skills
- Skilled in facilitating collaboration
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders
- Effective communicator verbally and written in English
- Ability to travel roughly up to 25%
- Post-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, and/or MBA
- Experience with digital technologies
- Experience working with SaaS solutions
Aufgaben
- Lead workstreams in project engagements
- Plan, organize, and manage project delivery
- Ensure project scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines are met
- Design, build, and deliver project-specific deliverables
- Identify and solve customer problems proactively
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational questions
- Develop relationships through discussions, workshops, and communication
- Manage priorities of Associate Consultants in the workstream
- Support and mentor Associates in skill development
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Provide industry insights to customers
- Contribute to business development opportunities and proposals
- Help develop and share thought leadership
