- Experience in process optimization, automation, digitalization, and shared service environments
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, works council collaboration, and collective bargaining processes
- Strategic mindset with strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration capabilities
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Strong leadership experience with transformation and change management capabilities
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Report to People Solutions Director
- Lead and develop People Solutions team
- Foster customer-centric, high-performance culture
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration
- Manage payroll and occupational health
- Handle social relations and compliance
- Ensure accurate payroll execution
- Partner with HRBPs, CoEs, managers
- Support employee representatives
- Drive People Solutions transformation
- Enhance process-driven HR model
- Lead process harmonization
- Initiate automation and improvement
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners
- Improve HR processes and service
- Maintain relationships with works councils
- Support collective bargaining
- Develop occupational health roadmap
