- Implement professional and lean management practices
- Plan and run daily production center operations
- Optimize car quality and output efficiency
- Scale production capacities from scratch to maximum levels
- Manage relationships within the local partner network
- Align targets and resources with Berlin headquarters
- Implement on-site processes and build strong teams
- Provide proper onboarding and training for staff
- Execute measures to improve site performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate between repair teams, partners, and logistics
