- 4+ years HR Generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture Manager experience
- Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up
- Empathetic, approachable, and trust-building interpersonal skills
- End-to-end HR process management experience
- Attention to detail in HR processes
- Passion for Learning & Development
- Experience designing or coordinating training programmes
- Independent and proactive operation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear and warm written and in-person communication
- Audience-adaptive communication style
- Data literacy in HR metrics and reporting
- Using data to support recommendations
- Fluent English
- German language skills
- Familiarity with German labour law
- Hands-on experience in German-based company
- HRIS systems experience
- Personio experience preferred
- ATS systems familiarity
Aufgaben
- Join People & Culture team, collaborating with fellow P&C Manager
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Provide HR support and guidance on people-related matters
- Own and improve core HR processes
- Ensure smooth and consistent onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, probation reviews, and absence management
- Build strong relationships with team leads and managers
- Coach managers on people management, feedback, and team dynamics
- Drive Learning & Development agenda
- Identify development needs and curate training programmes
- Support individual growth plans with managers
- Support compensation and benefits processes
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate pulse surveys, team events, and recognition programmes
- Translate engagement insights into actionable improvements
- Advise on and handle employee relations matters
- Escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate people data and HR systems
- Produce regular reporting and analytics
- Collaborate on cross-functional P&C projects
- Support culture initiatives and organisational design
- Contribute to process automation
