Anforderungen

  • 3+ years HR generalist, HRBP, or People Operations experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, international, or tech-adjacent environment
  • Practical knowledge of German labour law
  • Experience coaching and advising team leads
  • Ability to build trust and influence without authority
  • Excellent German communication (C1)
  • Excellent English communication (C1)
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

  • Work closely with Head of People & Culture and People team
  • Support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coach managers on leadership, engagement, and communication
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and team members
  • Advise on performance, team dynamics, and conflict management
  • Support change management and new ways of working
  • Facilitate biannual SMART goal process
  • Identify and address development needs
  • Create and implement individual development plans
  • Promote internal mobility and succession planning
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Contribute to culture, inclusion, and psychological safety
  • Maintain and improve HR wiki and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law
  • Keep HR systems (Personio) well-maintained and user-friendly
  • Handle employee relations cases legally and humanely
  • Advise on conflict resolution and mediation
  • Participate in Allurity People initiatives
  • Share best practices across the group
