- •Bi-lingual in German and English
- •1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing role
- •German fluent, English minimum B2
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Empathy, reliability, caring, strong problem-solving skills
- •Skilled with computers or experience with CX software
- •Drawn to fast-paced working environments
- •Fast learner and independent problem solver
- •Experience at a start-up is a plus
