Anforderungen
- •Native or fluent German, C2 level
- •Good English communication skills
- •1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or B2B experience
- •Experience with SLAs and performance targets
- •Structured and analytical mindset
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Customer-first mindset and accountability
- •Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or Intercom
- •Experience in support documentation development
- •Familiarity with CSAT or NPS tracking

- •Maintain defined Service Level Agreements for response and resolution times
- •Manage ticket queues to meet performance targets

- •Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Tech teams
- •Take ownership of proactive escalation management
- •Identify root causes and develop preventive action plans
- •Document cases accurately within the CRM system
- •Improve internal support processes and the knowledge base
- •Track key KPIs including CSAT and resolution rates
- •Support client retention through high-quality service delivery
