- Manage the daily deal registration process
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline
- Coordinate with internal Account Executives
- Guide partners through sales and technical training
- Track partner competency and certification attainment
- Communicate program details and incentive updates
- Resolve portal access and CPQ system issues
- Drive partner attendance for localized marketing events
- Execute follow-up activities for marketing initiatives
- Identify and resolve partner process friction points
- Document operational best practices for assigned partners
