Aufgaben
- Own and govern material master data processes and standards
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of material master data
- Set and enforce standards for material master data across systems
- Align new business requirements and process changes with governance principles
- Provide accountability and guidance for master data quality
- Define and maintain data standards, business rules, and governance frameworks
- Update process documentation, data models, work instructions, and governance-related documents
- Provide second-level support for material master data processes and applications
- Manage and prioritize support tickets for operational incidents and enhancement requests
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and master data issues
- Monitor data tickets and integration processes to ensure stable data flows
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Test solutions internally and with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and stability
- Serve as a bridge among Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT
- Ensure system solutions align processes, data, and people across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material master data processes
- Communicate effectively to align data standards, governance practices, and process improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for material master data processes
- Contribute automation ideas and support their evaluation and implementation
- Analyze existing processes to drive simplification and standardization
- Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stakeholders
