Aufgaben
- Define and implement relevant KPIs to track 3PL performance
- Validate and leverage existing dashboards
- Monitor agreed KPIs, including IC sales performance
- Provide clear, data-based recommendations to 3PL Logistics
- Drive the development of sustainability initiatives with Logistics Technology
- Proactively identify environmentally friendly transportation routes
- Lead implementation of sustainable routes with 3PL partners
- Continuously analyze, verify, and improve logistics cost development
- Continuously analyze, verify, and improve logistics cost structure
- Maintain and upload rate tables in the Transport Management system
- Execute pallet management activities within logistics
- Monitor CHEP and IPP systems
- Control pallet costs and cost booking
- Reconcile pallet stock
- Support onboarding and implementation of new pallet management partners
- Provide quantitative logistics input to the Network Design team
- Provide qualitative logistics input to the Network Design team
- Support simulation runs and scenario planning for network design
- Evaluate regionalization requests from a logistics perspective
- Evaluate expansion requests from a logistics perspective
