Expanding MuleSoft portfolio sales to mid-market accounts for an AI CRM provider. Strong new business sales focus and full sales process ownership required. Sales across Switzerland.
Anforderungen
- Ownership of the entire sales process
- Strong focus on new business sales
- Formalization of Go To Market strategy
- Pipeline development through customer engagements
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Engagement with current and prospect organizations
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Partnership with Salesforce Team
- Experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- Successful history of net new business sales
- Consistent record of sales overachievement
- Credibility at all levels
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in German and English

- Drive expansion of the MuleSoft portfolio in Switzerland
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify new customers and opportunities
- Sell MuleSoft solutions to mid-market accounts
- Own the entire sales process
- Deliver against key performance metrics
- Conduct detailed customer discovery and research
- Develop a Go To Market strategy
- Build qualified target account lists
- Drive pipeline development through customer engagements
- Leverage marketing campaigns and market intelligence
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Engage with current and prospective organizations
- Position MuleSoft solutions through strategic value-based selling
- Define case studies and analyze return on investment
- Utilize references and analyst data
- Coordinate with Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers
- Engage Professional Services and Executives as needed
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Team to highlight the value of Salesforce 360
