Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- •Ability to optimize internal and external networks
- •Successful history of net new business sales
- •Proven track record of sales overachievement in the Public Sector
- •Credibility at all levels and ability to build positive relationships
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Curiosity to join the Salesforce Ohana

Aufgaben
- •Sell the entire product portfolio to small and medium-sized businesses in the Public Sector CHAT in Switzerland and Austria
- •Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new opportunities
- •Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
- •Manage complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives
- •Conduct product demonstrations and participate in in-market events
- •Run the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics
- •Implement customer discovery and research to formalize a Go To Market strategy
- •Build qualified target account lists
- •Drive pipeline development through customer engagements and marketing campaigns
- •Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
- •Close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- •Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling
- •Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- •Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources
- •Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective
- •Build strong relationships to create growth opportunities
- •Participate in sales enablement trainings and development programs
