Aufgaben
- Build and develop data-driven, automated growth and Next-Best-Action logics
- Focus on webshop and micro-customer portfolio
- Design and own Next-Best-Action use cases for cross- and up-sell
- Translate webshop signals, purchase data, and model outputs into NBA logics
- Establish and manage A/B testing and personalization for NBA modules
- Work with Data Engineers, Performance Marketing, and Development
- Ensure end-to-end information flows between systems
- Drive structural setup of NBA topic from webshop perspective
- Define KPIs, tracking concepts, and reports to measure NBA impact
- Act as business owner for automated growth mechanisms in the shop
- Ensure scalability of NBA mechanisms across all markets
