Senior Manager Growth & Transformation(m/w/x)
Developing GTM strategy and sales transformation roadmaps for European B2B mobility payment solutions. 5-8 years strategy consulting experience required. Flexible working hours, eBike leasing.
Anforderungen
- 5–8 years experience from leading strategy consultancy or comparable role
- Successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to create clarity, alignment, and execution speed without formal authority
- Operator mindset: structured, hands-on, detail-oriented, impact-focused
- Clear and confident communication in materials, workshops, and collaboration
- German fluency
- English fluency
- Solid foundational understanding of data and AI concepts
- Experience in change management or organizational development (ideal)
- Additional European languages, especially Eastern European (plus)
- Experience in B2B sales organizations with multi-country setup (advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365) (strong plus)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI (strong plus)
- Initial industry experience after consulting career (additional plus)
Aufgaben
- Develop GTM strategy and sales transformation roadmap
- Derive strategic priorities and target visions
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prioritize critical growth topics
- Ensure target achievement with clear accountability
- Define core transformation logic and guardrails
- Coordinate with Sales, Data, CRM, IT, and Change Management
- Ensure consistent implementation without formal authority
- Shape scaling strategy and rollout logic
- Develop market-readiness approaches
- Orchestrate go-lives and playbooks
- Feed market insights into decisions and prioritization
- Build feedback loops with super users and sales employees
- Derive product, process, and enablement decisions
- Influence strategic developments
- Steer and develop change management
- Map stakeholders and develop communication strategy
- Manage champion networks and resistance
- Identify and escalate critical risks and deviations
- Initiate and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with initiative leads and functional departments
- Remove operational obstacles
- Ensure implementation speed and quality
- Shape governance and management architecture
- Prepare Steering Committee materials and reports
- Track and manage decision-making processes
- Define and steer key commercial KPIs
- Derive data-driven recommendations
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Steer leadership alignment meetings
