- Identify emerging fashion trends
- Analyze evolving consumer behavior
- Translate insights into joint business plans
- Develop omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives
- Create impactful retail marketing moments
- Manage key accounts for Softlines business
- Forecast commercial performance
- Manage P&L for accounts
- Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Product Development
- Define and deliver apparel category strategies
- Translate brand storytelling into growth plans
- Connect trend signals with commercial insights
- Activate strategic partners
- Grow key EMEA accounts
- Lead senior-level relationships
- Lead joint business planning
- Conduct quarterly forecasting
- Set objectives with licensees
- Manage regional contract negotiations
- Ensure stakeholder alignment
- Shape product development
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams
- Coordinate International Labour Standards (ILS) process
- Collaborate with suppliers and ILS teams
- Ensure supply chain compliance and integrity
- Unlock new business opportunities
