- Provide category frameworks for execution
- Own category performance metrics
- Create strategic seasonal selling plans
- Review category performance with leadership
- Collaborate with Senior Merchants and MP&A
- Influence global GPLM with EMEA insights
- Partner with Design and Development
- Support and mentor Merchants
- Deliver compelling product presentations
- Uphold Fair Labor Association standards
- Explore new product categories and extensions
- Maximize category efficiency and profitability
- Shape retail merchandising strategy
- Lead regional go-to-market execution
- Build and refine product calendars
- Ensure retail readiness for product launches
