Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and economics
- Key account management or similar experience in FMCG or major lifestyle/sports/outdoor brand
- Deep knowledge of European lifestyle and/or outdoor/sports industry
- Experience with lifestyle and/or outdoor consumers
- Skill in crafting and maintaining strategic plans and customer relationships
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- High energy, goal-oriented, and driven
- Skills in analysis, time management, communication, problem solving, and innovative thinking
- Exceptional team player
Aufgaben
- Develop key accounts for sustainable growth
- Serve as the main contact for multiple departments
- Drive brand strategy and enhance positioning
- Participate in annual senior meetings and quarterly reviews
- Plan and execute seasonal and annual sales budgets
- Create and present account-specific assortment plans
- Analyze sales performance by product and category
- Understand consumer targeting through various channels
- Manage in-season sales to maximize account performance
- Oversee weekly order book management with customer service
- Build and nurture customer relationships
