Anforderungen

  • 5+ years account management experience (media agency or retail media team)
  • Proven high-profile client/partner account management
  • Strong media planning, campaign management, ROI measurement understanding
  • Deep media landscape and data-driven marketing knowledge
  • Ability to drive direction and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with internal creative and media channel teams
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality, causal impact, A/B testing)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • English language proficiency

Aufgaben

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partner brands
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key partner accounts
  • Understand partner objectives and translate into data-driven media strategies
  • Lead strategic meetings with partners and internal teams
  • Devise co-branded media strategies to meet mutual objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, in-house, and analytics teams for flawless campaign execution
  • Define and coordinate media and creative briefs with partner brands
  • Coordinate strategic responses to briefs with in-house teams
  • Define and refine processes for co-branded campaigns
  • Monitor media performance and optimize campaigns against KPIs
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement best practices for co-branded activity
  • Build strong relationships with in-house media teams and partner brands
  • Guide and oversee junior account managers for team success
  • Work with cross-functional marketing teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Foster collaboration across business areas to achieve strategic goals
  • Liaise between co-marketing, vendor management, and creative teams
  • Provide regular updates on campaign strategy and media plans
  • Present campaign performance and ROI analysis to partner brands
  • Use data and insights for actionable campaign optimizations
  • Manage post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies
